  • Towards the EU that Delivers

What concrete initiatives should the EU pursue on multilateralism that would help to deliver tangible results for EU citizens? What should it avoid? (for example COVID-19 Tools Accelerator (ACT-A) and its COVAX facility, OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on Base erosion and profit shifting (BEPS), digital taxation?) When it comes to strategic autonomy, what action should it prioritise? Data, digital infrastructure, resilience? How will citizens benefit from European strategic autonomy?
